"¡Qué horror!" es una de las afirmaciones que más se repiten en el mundo de la moda. El rechazo a otras ideas que no se asemejan a nuestros ideales puede demostrar toda la banalidad existente dentro de tanta belleza y creatividad. Muchas veces es un rechazo que nace desde lo más profundo de nuestros corazones y cerebros, los mismos lugares de donde nace el concepto de la estética, que reinventamos continuamente. Es increíble que muchas veces, sólo por llevar cierto nombre, una prenda parezca la entelequia del diseño cuando no resulta más que un trapo. Estamos maniatados a nuestros gustos y enfrentados con los de los demás. Llega a ser incluso una contienda entre naciones: ¿Quién son más elegantes, los franceses o los italianos? ¿Son más conceptuales los japoneses o los belgas? ¿Visten peor los alemanes que los españoles? La moda es, al fin y al cabo, una lucha entre negocio y belleza donde, como en todas las ramas del arte, la prostitución está a la orden del día. Qué pena que la gente se olvide de que el mayor placer reside en desvestir a los demás.

"It's horrible!" is one of the most repeated statements in the fashion world. The repulse to other ideas that are not similar to our ideals can prove all the existent triviality inside all this beauty and creativity. Most of the times is a reject that is born in the depth of our hearts and brains, the same places where is born the concept of aesthetics, that we continually re-invent. It's incredible that most of the times , just because having a certain name, a piece of cloth seems to be the entelechy of design when it's nothing but a piece of cloth. We are handcuffed to our likes and faced to the ones of the others.It becomes even a contest between nations: Who are more elegant, french or italians? Are more conceptual japanese than belgians? Do germans dress worst than spanish? In fashion after all, like in all the artistic branches, prostitution is present every day. What a shame that people forgets that the best pleasure lives in undressing the others.
